This is a Seychelles skink lizard. Everyone knows that lizards can grow back their tails if they lose it. It is a survival feature that allows lizards escape predators if caught by the tail. It takes about 3 to 4 months for tail to regrow, but the process is not perfect in every case. Sometimes, cells at the growth bud lose communication and two groups start doing the same job independently. The result is a two tailed lizard which you can see on video. Another scenario is that the tail does not detach completely during injury. Then the new one grows from a damaged site, duplicating the original one. In this case the tails look a bit different, since old tail has bones while the new one may have only cartilage. I will let you decide what happened in this case.
